Ian Holdsworth is one of the earliest members of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and for many years was a member of the Law Society’s Personal Injury Specialist Panel.

 On Legal will take good, valid claims on a conditional fee (“no win, no fee”) basis backed, where appropriate, with ‘after the event’ insurance cover to protect against the risk of paying costs where a claim is unsuccessful.

 Under a conditional fee agreement, we share the risk of the case with our client. If the client succeeds, we get an extra ‘success fee’ but the other (losing) side pays it, not the client. If the client loses, we get nothing.
